IP office embedded voicemail

Hello,

I recently set up hunt group voicemail for 2000main. following the recommended setps it works fine with one issue.
All the extensions have the huntgroup in the source number.
However when collecting voicemails and the messages begin to play i am unable to either replay, save or delete the messages.
Once played i cannot access the message again, like its deleted once played.

I want to be able to munipulate the messages,is there any setting that i should check ?
How can i use visual voicemail for the hunt group ?

If you have the messages button going to visual voicemail, and you have the hunt group in the source number for the user, press the messages button and scroll down to see the hunt group name, select it, and then visual voicemail works just like visual voicemail for the extension's own personal mailbox.
 
I have the hunt group in the source number for the user, i didnt scroll when i press the message button. I will try it out tomorrow and confirm. Thanks
