Im running an IP office with 2.1 manager software. I have the Manager software sitting on my server (not running constantly) and I also have the Manager software on my desk top PC.

Problem : when I run my Manager software on my desktop PC i get a window saying "EAccessViolation". When I "OK" the box it disappears and the Manager software fails to run.

Anyone got any ideas ? Thanks

This is a Windows generated message wich occurs if a program trys to open a window with wrong parameters.
I suggest you uninstall the manager application then reinstall the .net including servicepacks and then reinstall the manager software.

check in phone manager Pro under screen pop. you will find that you have may have one or all the boxes ticked. un tick the boxes and I think that will solve your problem
