If you have a Layer 2 bridge setup across those sites, or have iphelper setup for the DHCP services, yes.

If you don't (you probably don't since you're asking this question), then no. Setup whatever is the DHCP server at the remote site with Option 242 to hand out addresses with the required information the handsets need to talk to your IPO.
