Hey

in wich intervals is the IPO asking there Devices (for example Dect Handset), whether they are available?

The Reason why I ask is, we have a customer who takes is Handset outside the Base Station range very often.

When logging back, the IPO does not realize that the DECT phone is back (the Master remembers it) and brings a busy signal when you call him.

But after he made a Call, he is also for incoming calls available again.

Does anyone have an idea where you can change the Time interval which often the IPO is checking there Devices?

There is no such timer.
The user should stay within range when they are that important.
So tell the user to do that or extend the dect range.
