IP Office ContactStore Webpage Waiting for <localhost:8888>

Hi Guys,

The challenge is that I'm currently unable to load the webpage. It's forever waiting
I have tried reinstalling contact store, renaming the postmaster.pid file in path Program Files(x86)>Witness>postgresql>data as suggested in other posts.
Also tried restarting the IP Office ContactStore and PostgreSQL services several times..

Please help.
