IP Office Contact Center - Package Software missing components

Hello ...
I have new IPOCC installation, and download Avaya IPOCC from suppprt website. After burning the image into DVD, it must be a folder named Server contain the following software:
1. IP Office Contact Center
2. Install Sybase
3. TAPI Only on all version on website just IP Office Contact Center exists.
The Install Sybase, TAPI does not exists.

How can I got these componets ?

Sybase? Didn't they move to Postgres?

IPOCC 9.1.2 and onward uses PostGRESQL.
