What is the mechanism used to get the voice packets from the IP Office to the Voicemail Pro? Are they UDP packets just like a phone to phone call? Or are they TCP packets since the packets are not as time sensitive? I'm wondering if a centralized voicemail across a VPN is affected by network issues just like a phone will be. Thanks
