IP office communcation with Cisco Call Manager

i have a ip office that was at a 3.0.44 that communicated through an IP trunk to a Cisco Call Manager. it worked fine until i upgraded them to 4.0.14
are these two system still compatible at this release or is there a change that needs to be made on either end to get this working? any help would be appreciated.
 
what is it doing now? nat talking at all. i have a CM to IPO that we have never been able to get working. it will ring a call and then drop after 10 seconds.

it works fine from the IP office to the call manager but from the call manager to the ip office it rings, but when you answer it, it goes busy
