IP Office Click go dial

Hi Guys

I have just replaced a Mitel system with an IP Office V11.1 W/ J169 handsets, the customer has requested a click to dial feature to be added to control the phones,

I believe the old One-X portal did this but I have never implemented, can someone give me guidance on what I require to do this?

Kit is IPO V2 V11.1 Essential Edition

it has been a while but it also only works on Chrome

Windows Workplace also installs a click to dial extension to Chrome (I know because of the number of times I've had to tell people how to switch it off).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
