IP Office CCC over SCN 2

As of now Avaya will not support CCC across SCN (i.e. 2 separate delta
servers are needed along with licensing.) Besides using IP phones at
the remote site that will register with the Head IPO, is any one
familiar with a work around.
At this point I have been able to have the actual hunt group reside at
the main site and users are put in the group via Advanced SCN
distributed hunt groups. However this set up will not allow reporting
on the remote users (real time or historic). I have also tried hot
desking the remote users but no resolution in reporting.
Any work around or ideas would be appreciated!

Its not supported in this fashion.

The only real way I have ever got this working is running Remote sites on full IP Handsets off the main CCC gate keeper.

Im sure Avayas new CCC will support this. I will let you know when we have it as we have been invited to be a test site on our inhouse system.

SBCC will support what you are trying to do. At this point in time I cannot shed any more light.

As TheProvider states IP Phones at the remote sites is the only way to get Agent reporting.

You can in CCC report on the VoIP lines to and from the other sites, but in no way shape or form agent stats.
