I have been a grouch for the last few weeks. And part of the reason is people they think they don't have to provide any information for us to remotely diagnose their problem.
However, I'll give it a go. Looking at the information you have provided, I can tell you:

[li]The reason for the SIP connectivity status saying "Failed" is that you have a SIP connectivity issue. Please add a bit more information. For example, did this ever work or is it a new install? What do the system logs and traces show? Does the system have SIP trunks and are they ok?[/li]
