Please could someone let me know if it is possible to create a button which overrides a time profile.
For example the customer has a time profile to go to the office between 9 and 5pm daily and then voicemail out of hours, but if someone is staying late they want to press a button so that calls come in or if the office shuts early they want to press a button so that all call go to the night voicemail and override the time profile.
Also on the auto attendant on essential edition 9.1 I can see there are keys 0-9 and * and # but is it possible so that if no option is selected, calls go to a certain hunt group.
