IP Office Capabilities

Please could someone let me know if the following are possible on the IP Office;

A customer requires the following;

A call to comes in, it rings three times on an extension, then (if no answer) a message is played saying your call is important to us, then the extension and the mobile ring simultaneously then (if still no answer) the message is played again and then it diverts to a third location.

Also the customer requires a intercom system where if they intercom to another handset, the recipient can then respond without having to press any button.
