IP Office - Calls disconnect when transferred internally from soft console and picked up too fast

We are running IP Office R8.1 and 500 unit. On a single individual extension they are having an issue when someone is transferred from our front desk (running latest version of softconsole) to the extension, if they pick it up on the first ring the call immediately disconnects. If they wait till 2nd ring it works just fine.

All the settings on the user are the same as others. It's also not the wrap-up time, since this happens when they have been off the phone for a long time.

Only happening on this one extension.

Have tried rebooting the phone 5610SW (on latest firmware), the whole system has been rebooted for other reasons since this started.

Any ideas? It's kind of a strange issue.

I would delete the user and recreate it.
Not picking up form a twinned cell phone I hope ;-)
