IP Office: Caller to user gets users VM greeting, but is unable to leave message. 1

Hello,
Inside & Outside callers to unanswered IP office digital phone user station hears user's greeting, but is unable to leave message.
This is happening to only 1 user; all other stations OK.

There are many ways that can be intentionally setup (or intentionally with the wrong key press when recording the mail box greeting). But instead of making us all run around the block listing all the possibilities, start by telling us the type of voicemail (Voicemail Pro or Embedded Voicemail?) and the mailbox mode (IP Office or Intuity?). Will shorten the list of possibilities and the potential fixes.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
