Thanks so much for your time. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with changing the call record time on an IPO? We had a release 2.1 and upgraded it to release 3.0 because Avaya said it had to be a 3.0 to change it. Sure enough, in the registry there is now a field to change record time after upgrading. It currently records for one hour before stopping. Avaya T4 engineers said that the 3.0 has the ability to go up to 10 hours with sufficient disk space. All we are needing is around two hours of record time. Can anyone help me with this? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recall a previous post that recommended making a change in VMPro under Administration/General/VRL Max Recording Length. I don't have a unit to check it right now.
