IP Office call forwarding 1

I have IP Office and VMail Pro. The users are able to set up call forwarding when they are in the office. The question is can the user change call forwarding when they are outside of the office (ie: they may have forgotten to set the call forwarding when they left). They are able to call into their voicemail to pick up their messages.
 
I believe you can do this by using the Play Configuration Menu in the Users>Collect on the VM Pro. Once they log into their mailbox and go to the Play Config Menu, call forwarding is an option. It is documented in the Voicemail Pro Installation & Maintenance Guide.
 
Calling your main office number and hitting *85 should get you into the user configure options menu. *85 should also work at the users desk.
