IP Office Basic

I need a crash course in Avaya IP Office. I'd like to consider and VoIP solution for my small technology consulting business. I'd like to know the least cost way to get started. We've got a very healthy infrastructure including bandwidth, numerous servers (hardware), cable plant, Cisco switches, and capable engineers. A little direction would be greatly appreciated.

I guess the first question is how many users? and what area of the world do you live in? IP Office and VoIP works well in good conditions,but need more info.
