Sorry if I am being stupid here. Unfortunately, I am stuck with an IP Office running basic mode at a customer, and they have requested voicemail to come on after 20 seconds of ringing. A 5 minute bit of programming on an IP Office with an essential edition license.
I can't for the life of me figure out how to enable hunt group voicemail or equivalent on Basic Edition. Please Help? Has anyone done this before? I have tried using the VMS setting on the trunk to go to an auto attendant with no luck.
