IP Office Avaya Comunicator for web

Hi Everyone,

I have now avaya web comunicator working with my ip office, I am loging in with my google account, everything seems to be okay, but I see all my google contacts offline, example, contact1@googledomain.com, contact1@iplocaldomain is online, I can call him and chat with him, I have activated integration with google hangouts, does anyone knows what is happening here? am I mismatching a configuration?
