I have a defaulted 403 using the 192.168.42.0 IP range. The site in question was to receive 384K of dedicated internet with the IPO acting as a router through the WAN port via an Adtran router. Once on site it appears that there is a built in router to the channel bank. I have the DNS addresses and gateway address and the subnet, but my question is since the addresses are the public IP ones, can I get NAT to work if the router is plugged into LAN1 instead of the WAN port?

Are you using a true router to connetc to the broadband service, if so this should be able to handle all the NAT & firewall capabilities

If the IP Office is a 2.0, you can use the Logical Lan feature. You will need the MAC address of the Adtran and set up an IP Route to point all routes across the Adtran.
