Hello,

i have the same issue that the IP Office Outlook Plugin didn't work with MS Outlook 2016 (WIN10 Pro 64).
I've running the installer several times but the Outlook-Plugin won't be installed. The call assistant works fine.
Another user has MS Outlook 2013 (WIN10 Pro 64) and it works.

Is the R9.0.12 the reason?

Not from what I was able to gather. I had the same issue with 2 users running the downloaded version for O365. Both ran Win 10 64 bit, I think it worked when I installed MS Office suite stand alone without a key, then I just signed into my exchange account and it picked up the O365 key. Everything worked afterwards.


But yea, sifting through logs, it would not install the plugin, and don't try to move the plugin in, it work work either lol.
