We use TapIT call accounting software at my office and there is a problem with phone calls being accounted for properly. The problem is when someone is using the phone for ten minutes and puts the person on hold for five and then returns and talks for another fifteen minutes, TapIT only accounts for about half the call instead of thirty minutes total. Any help would be great.

The IP Office SMDR output (assuming that's what TapIT is getting its data from) does record the hold time separately from the connected (talking) time, but that would only account for 5 of the missing minutes in your example.

I've not worked with their software enough to know if they sum all the fields involved with an IP Office call.
