Can someone please help me with the shortcode to direct all 07* calls to a Premicell. I know I need to use the extension number, a D and a comma but I need a bit more help!
I think I know what you mean, I take it the premicell is connected to an extension rather than a analouge truck, if the extension is say 300, your short code would be, 07n, number would be 300,,07n and set to dailextn. If you want to supress the number so you dont give out cli try number of 300,,14107n.
I have used this and it works fine. The only problem is if one call is already in progress the second call will get and engaged tone as the extension is already busy.
I have the Nokia 22 connected to analogue extension 205. I can dial out by dialing 205 then the full destination number. I have also configured it to accept incoming calls and divert them to the main number. So I am confident that the Premicell works.
I have tried your shortcode but all I get is a ringing tone, the call is answered, there is a short silence then three short beeps, the mobile network unavailable tone.
Hi, we have a handfull of premicells on our phone system, which were bought at separate times, and we have found that some didn't work. Having conversations with the supplier we found that a few had to go back as they had an early revision of the board in them, which requires more power over the line to make them pick-up than the IPO can provide, unlike some other systems and the phone company. So our supplier replaced the boards in the premicell and all seems to be working fine now.
I have the IP Office 403 with PRI (ISDN30) plus an additional 30 port Analogue.
I have purchased 2 Ericsson F251m Fixed Cellular Terminals but can't get them to work with the PBX!! Arrrgh
If I connect a phone directly into the Premicell it works fine. I have looked through the other messages and have tried the short codes but it keeps coming up with the engaged tone as if the number isn't recognised.
I currently have the Permicells plugged into 2 ext numbers 220/222 and have tried them in a hunt group but still get the same problem.
Does anyone have any ideas how to set these up as Avaya don't want to know.
