IP Office and 6424D+M

Hi all!

Hope one of you can help me, I have a problem with a LKA10 headset connected to a 6424D+M terminal, this telephone is connected to an IP Office v3.2. The problem is that when I try to make a call from the LKA10 to another number it doesn`t work I got tone but no ringing on the other side, but if I try to answer an incoming call with the LKA10 it works well and the telephone also works well with no problems.

I also tested the 6424D+M and the LKA10 headset in another system (Definity SI v12) and had no problem.

I don`t know if it`s something wrong with the IP Office

Any idea?
