IP Office & Google Talk

I came across this article from a year ago claiming Avaya was going to integrate Google Talk support into the IP Office product line.

So far that is all that I've heard about it, even though the article claims it would be available in 3rd Quarter 2007. Does anyone have any info about this 'project'?

Well that sounds like it has huge potential for Avaya to really mess it up and leave us with many hours of pointless troubleshooting as we discover bug after bug...Great...lol

Me too heard about it, it was announced by Avaya for december 07,on 4.1.
