IP Office Admin Wizard issue

I have just recently upgraded our demo equipment (403,SOE,tied neatly together in a SCN) to 3.0. Since I have done so the Admin Wizard and the MAC wizard do not function. They get to "Validation Config File 30% complete" and then I get this error

SET UP Error
failed to load resources from Resource File. Please check your set up.

I have rebooted, reloaded, and have no idea what is the issue. I have asked Tier 3 and they said they have heard of it and would get back to me.

Anyone got a solution or reason for this???

Yes, when you upgraded from 2.xx to 3.xx did you load the 2.99 before the 3.xx? If you didnt the config file is most likely corrupted. I had this same type of issue when my team of guys didnt load 2.99. Without the 2.99 loaded previous to the 3.xx, the file will not run through the wizard. I had to downgrade the system back to 2.1.27 then put the 2.99 on and finally load 3.xx and it fixed the problem. The wizard will then be able to read the xxxxx.cfg file. I kept getting the error "Invalid input string". You may need to rekey all your data to a new config file. Unfortunetly, the upgrade process does write information to the config. Meaning if you screw up an upgrade, you take the chance of corrupting a config. Thats why you always backup you files first

Thank you Super Jenks, I recall having issues during the upgrade, just don't recall what they were. The sales crew here couldn't wait for me to come from vacation so they went tried to fix it. Took it to Tier 3 support....as you suggested... a corrupt config file. I will be spending the next day or two creating a new SCN and a new program...right after I downgrade and then up grade!!!
