Everytime a Parked Call is Un-Parked to Talk to the Caller, the
Computer of the OneX user will begin to do the Ringing Sound, which continues until
the Call is Ended.
When the Receptionist Parks an Incoming Call then the OneX User un-Parked (click to pick up) the Call, their Computer immediately starts Ringing like an Incoming Call and Continues to Ring until the Call is Ended by either Party.
You have to turn down the volume or Mute your Computer Sound,The only way to Stop the Ringing Sound
The ringing issue has been with every OneX user since the beginning. I test if the ringing behavior occurs if a OneX user parks a call instead, and the answer is yes. It’s not just with SoftConsole parks, but also parks done within OneX portal.
Already Reset IE but still issue presist
