IP Office 9.1.8.0 Build 172

Calls come into 1000 MAIN HG and after 18 seconds rolls over to 1200 ATT Overflow which has 5 members and 3 of those members have a HG key with ATT Overflow on it.

If you call 1200 HG directly the keys flash indicate BUT any calls that start at 1000 MAIN and then overflow do not.

Anyone heard of this?

We cannot do the Ring Override in the group because the sets are 9608 and it is not supported on those sets.

Did you ever read the product specification on how overflow groups actually work?
If a call overflows to another group it does NOT go to that group, it will remain a call for the initial group, only the members of the overflow group will be considered as members of the initial group, all the settings of the initial group will be used.
Only with VM Pro you can forward the call after a preconfigured time to another group.

Yup working as intended. Exactly like intrigrant pointed out the calls are still in HG1000 they don't roll over to HG1200 they simply ring the HG1200 members but are still considered part of HG1000. If you want to roll from HG1000 then HG1200 and then HG1300 you add both HG1200 and HG1300 to the overflow list for HG1000... adding HG1300 to the overflow of HG1200 would not do this. All settings are taken from HG1000 as the call is still "owned" by HG1000.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
