IP Office 9.0 with UC Module and SIP trunks

Hello, I am having issues with DTMF tones.
The # and * keys are only detected about 50% of the time, when it fails, it just drops the call.
I can in, dial # (company directory) while listening to the AA, it works about 50% of the time, the same with * to access voicemail.
Any ideas? I am using RFC2833 for DTMF.
Dialing extensions works just fine.

Logs show the IP Office getting the #/* tones but for some reason they are ignored.
Any ideas?
