Issue with One-X Portal. All looks active, log in ok with my username password and selecting my extension to log my phone on to my laptop.. ALl ok to that point, but the interface screen tab buttons for Drop call hold etc are all shaded and when you attempt to make a call this occurs, but nothing happens to the call, and you can not drop the call as all these feature buttons on that tab are stil shaded out but the call counter is increasing. I have to log out of one-x portal just to cut off the call...If i get another extension to call my extension nothing, it rings then goes off to the voice mail after awhile...
