Having trouble routing incoming calls during the day to a day menu and at night to a night menu in my auto attendant. Using a pri with did's and the calls keep ringing to the default profile and not the time profiles i have set on the incoming route. Any help would be appreciated.

Better explanation of what you have setup would help us help you.

Ok, I have a PRI with 100 did numbers and the first did, 7200, needs to ring into an auto attendant during the day and night which allows for dial by name, extension dialing and ability to leave a message. The difference being that the day menu and night menu greetings are different. I have created 3 time profiles, one for day hours, one for night hours and one for weekend. When I configure the incoming route by time profile destination, it always routes to the default destination.

the way it works is that you will need to set the night as default option in the incoming call route then create the time profile and set it in the incoming call route with the day option.
You will need to set the time profile to Mo-Fi 8:00 to 17:00 as the weekends are going to the default option = Night
You will only need one time Profile this way and not mingle around with 3 of them as they are nasty anyways.

if you have Voicemail Pro route it through the Vm for timing
