Does anyone know if the 10VCM channels require a Avaya IP Endpoint license for each phone you want to hook up? The docs are not clear since the VCM32 and 64 come with 12 licenses does the VCM 10 on the combo card come with any?

I just need to support 3 remote VPN 5621SW IP Phones so I assume I need to get 3 IP licenses?

Yes, you need to get 3 licenses as that card doesn't come with any.

Regards.

Yes you need ip endpoint licenses.
This is why:

The vmc 32 and 64 came with 4 free vcm channels and could be "upgraded" to more channels with licenses.
When you upgrade to release 6 the vcm channel licenses when EOS.
To provide an upgrade path Avaya decided to give 3 ip end point licenses for every vcm channel.
So the VCM 32 comes with 12 ip endpoint license.
Also every vcm channel license (per 4) will be converted in to ip endpoint licenses.

The new combocard did not exist then so this card does not give ip endpoint licenses.
