IP office 500

I have an IP OFFICE 500, and one of my techs pressed the manual reset button, but does not know how long he held it. He may have erased the license. Is there anyway to tell if that happened?

Can you log into the system? You should be able to tell that way. If he held it for more than 40 seconds, it just turned into a nice paper weight.

Between 1 and 10 -> reboot
Between 10 and 30 -> erase config
Between 30 and 40 -> erase software
Longer then 40 -> nothing happens.

This is from the top of my head so i could be wrong.

If you can't tell by the way the system is operating then it's one of 2 options:
1) Whoever installed this kit did no programming and therefore defualt is ok for the site.
2) He didn't default it!!!!!

If there are licenses missing, you should know by something not working!!!
