Ip Office 500 v.8.1 the customer had TIM (primary with pass-through selection 0543543.1xx and 0543543.2xx) has now switched to Fastweb, keeping only 0543543.2xx and 0543543111. It happens to me that the extensions to which the direct call from outside does not arrive ( ES 201 0543543.201 diverted to group 1902), cannot exit, or leave with the extension number to which the incoming call is addressed (ES. 202 0543543.202 routed to 231, from 231 if I call it appears 0543543202).
Is it an operator problem or can I solve it in some way ??

Ip Office 500 v.8.1 il cliente aveva TIM (primario con selezione passante 0543543.1xx e 0543543.2xx) ora è passato a Fastweb, mantenedo solo 0543543.2xx e 0543543111. Mi succede che gli interni ai quali non arriva la chiamata diretta dall'esterno (ES 201 0543543.201 deviato al gruppo 1902), non riescono ad uscire, oppure escono col numero dell'interno a cui la chiamata entrante è indirizzata ( ES. 202 0543543.202 instradato sul 231, dal 231 se chiamo appare 0543543202).
E' un problema dell'operatore oppure posso risolvere in qualche modo ??

I am not sure if you posted in the wrong forum (this forum is for basic mode) but if you are working in basic mode then "group 1902" is not valid as basic mode groups have predetermined extension numbers. If this is not basic mode you should move this post to the regular Avaya:IP Office forum as way people can help there and there are major differences between basic and standard mode.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
