IP Office 500 V1 DDI Voicemail collect 1

Hi there, running 5.0 (26) and trying to access a Hunt Group Voicemail (embedded) to change the greeting. An incoming call route points to the Hunt Group.

I have tried pressing 8 to interrupt the greeting, set DTMF 3 as a breakout but I cannot seem to get the breakout to work, almost as if the DTMF tones are not being recognised.

Am I doing this right, any ideas?

I feel silly now, figured it out, there is a VoiceMail destination on the incoming call route which does all this!
