IP Office 500 4.1 - Personal Lines

we're trying to assign an analog POTS line to an extension station (5410 set) with a Line Appearance button, but we're not getting it to ring.

would also like that station's (embedded) VM to answer if the extension is unattended.

hints, please? thanks!


also, would like to interconnect an adjoining PARTNER ACS to the IP500 with 2 analog lines and 2 analog stations to & from the the ACS (four connections, total.) spare analog line & station ports on the IP500 exist. how do we best set that up on the IP500? we know how to handle the ACS end of it....

Make sure you have an incomming call route set up for the line.

and the incoming and outgoing ID are unique and not conflicting with the regular lines.
