IP Office 406v2

Hi,
I've been introduced to a company with IP Office 406v2 to help troubleshoot the unit; was told they can only make calls but not receive. I've not worked on this box before, how do I connect to it? Does it hav an interface like the G350s and the G700s? Dont have a clue at all.

The Admininstration CD contains the programs you need for the unit, configuration and monitoring.

But you should at least have some training before jumping into it.
