IP Office 406 phones bypass VMPro deverting calls to Operator group

We have IP Office 406 which forwards calls to the operator group instead of routing to voice mail assigned to phone.

This occurs only on some phones. We are on version 4.1.12

The phone is covering to the operator - remove the coverage appearance to the operator

Thanks for assisting with pulling my head out. It was located in the operator button programming from back in the day. You suggestion assisted in digging deeper.
