Hi, I hope someone can assist.
We have a 403 system with ISDN lines. We also have an O2 mobile contract where we don't use all the minutes and 02 to 02 calls are free.
I found a "Tegular" device that accepts the SIM card and acts like another analogue line.
So I set up a line group and used a user shortcode on my phone to test it out - it worked fine.
I then messed about with the Least Cost Routing to try and get it to send all numbers starting with 07 to the new line group, with an alternative (should it be busy) back to the standard ISDN lines.
Now when I try to dial any 07 number the phone displays "Account Code" and gives a bleep every 10 sec or so. Anything not begining with 07 seems fine.
I dont have any account codes set up in the config.
I have obviously done something daft - any ideas please?

check the shortcodes you put on the lcr tabs.

i bet you have force account code ticked on them :)

Hi Tom, thanks for your answer. I went back to a working version of the config and had another go at the LCR and it seems to work now. I looked at the "not working" config and could not see a short code with the "force account code" box ticked.
In the "working" version I have set the "Main Route" with a timeout of 5 sec and code of "07N", tel number as "07N", feature "Dial" and line Group ID 2. I have then set "Alternate Route 1" with nothing in "code" nothing in "Tel Number" "Dial" in Feature and ")" in Line Group Id

What I hope it is doing is anything starting in "07" uses line group 2 (The Telular device) but if it is in use goes to the alternate route where it goes out on the ISDN lines. Does this look OK?
