IP Office 2.1.24 Users cannot conference two calls

We just started having this issue. The users are connected to the call and then hit "Conf" on their 4424D+ phone. dial the new number wait for at least the ring and hit "Conf" again and all three calls are lost. It stills says "Conf" on the phones but they cannot hear each other. Any solutions for this one?

I hope you are not saying that you are using software level 2.1 (24).
This is really a bad version.
First upgrade to 2.1 (31) or (35) and look if you still have problems.

I did the upgrade, bbut still cannot conference.

I'm not sure why you can't get back to the current conference - but I certainly wouldn't expect what you are trying to do to work anyway.

You should be waiting for the new party to answer before pressing Cconf again rather than pressing Conf while they are still ringing. And if they just ring or go to voicemail or answer but don't want to be in the conference you should use Drop to clear the call and get back to the conference.

What happens when you try it at a same IP-Office with the .cfg you have.
Maby it,s a hardware issue.

Unfortunately this is the only system I can test it on. It is my employers' IP Office. I don't know anyone else with a 412 anyway.

If you create a functioncode for a meetme (conference) and transfer some calls to it.
Then you can see if the confernce circuits are good.

It turned out to be the 412 itself. The Avaya tier 3 person said it had to be the 412 if you cannot even conference internal calls. I replaced it last night and it tested great!
