IP Office 11.1.2.4 - Unable to receive inbound calls on Commio SIP trunks

I am unable to get inbound calls on SIP trunks from provider Commio. SIP trunk registers fine and outbound calls are working great but no love for inbound calls. Pulled a monitor trace and the IP Office sees the call coming in but SSA doesnt see the call. Commio is showing a 503 Service Unavailable but the IP Office will just repeat the below trace until the call is dropped.

I'm assuming you have your Incoming Call Routes set up properly with a valid destination?
