In the previous releases of the IP Office (eg. 9.1.12, 11.0.4.2) mobile twinning was working as it should. Starting with early releases of 11.1, this feature stopped working properly.
If you would like to see original CLID of the caller, it was enough to set for Local URI and Contact to use Internal Data, and in Forwarding/Twinning field pick Original Caller.
In release 11.1 calls ringing directly at extension (DIDs), or calls transferred to extension show original callers CLID on the mobile phone, but calls presented to the group show whatever is entered in the
SIP tab for that group. In the technical bulletin associated with release 11.1.2.4, Avaya has stated that this issue was fixed (JIRA-IPOFFICE-170892), but it looks like this is not the case.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
