IP office 10.1 SP3 9608 Unavailable status in display 2

I know I have seen this before but can't remember how to fix it.

IPO 10.1.SP3 with 9608 the Display on 2nd line shows Unavailable. The phone can get calls and make calls no problem.

I thought it was some sort of presence setting but can't seem to find this specific one. Done anyon have some information where to look? I attached pic of error/Status

Correct me if I am wrong that is a programmable button and not found in the menu options correct?
I do not see that programmed as a absent text button on phone.

 
I had them clear out values on the phone but it still displays Unavailable. I guess I can delete extension and User and recreate.
Any other thoughts?

 
Its been a while, but could that text also be set in One-X Portal?
 
I was thinking that or maybe in the IX work place app. But, I thought you could only use Presence with ZANG.

 
Just a follow up on this incase someone else runs into this. Customer was using One X Communicator not IX Workplace. I should have caught that when customer told me the he was using IX Workplace and VERSION Of IPO was 10.1 anyway, although it looked like it was Available it was not. Customer uninstalled and reinstalled One X Communicator and when they did that it showed him UNAVAILABLE for his status. He changed to AVAIABLE and now Phone display is correct.
