Should I upgrade from v1.4 to 2.1? We are using several IP phones over Linksys VPN routers and we can't introduce any new problems; things are working well. If we do upgrade do we have to go to 2.0 then 2.1? Also does the voicemail Pro need to be upgraded or will the old version still work with the upgraded 406?

If you want to upgrade, you should go to 2.0 then 2.1
You should also upgrade VMPro.
2.1.27 for IP office and 2.1.14 for VMpro seem to be working well for me at the moment. you can download full versions from support.avaya .com
