Hi! guys, new poster. we installed the 1.3 update, but we are still having several problems with voice mail, message lights and it seems to roll back on it own.
Is there another phone system we could exchange it with that doesn't have soooo!
many problems? I'm amazed Avaya would release such a turkey?
any insight on all the inconsist behaviors?

Thanks for posting this Buckweet... I haven't received my copy yet.

Spindocsd what version of voicemail are you using?

Can you better explain the issues you are having spindocsd, as well as your configuration Version, what VMPro is running on, total stations, if these stations are members of Hunt groups, etc, etc.

I'll try find some solutions for the chaos you're experiencing, probably incorrectly programmed. Thank you,
Frank Mirecki

if you want an ip system - check out the IP200 from ESI - has the same feature package as their traditional product - the ivx128 - also the ivx can have a network card installed to allow 12 local or remote IP phones or IP connections to other esi systems - esi is far better with tech support and dealer support and warrants a look - check out
