Ip of remote computer

Can any one let me know how can I get the IP of remote computer while I chatting with user on MSN or Yahoo...

sure thing, ask the user for his /her IP, if he/she wants you to have it they will tell you

Sure Netstat -a will show the remote IP of chatting user on MSn & Yahoo. I checked there r so many addresses showed by this command .how can I verify that this is for the perticular user....pls
