We've just had our BCM400 System installed and up and running. I see that the IP Music only supports WAV and AU file types without buying an external adapter for MP3 files. Does anyone have a good source of WAV files that I can obtain decent quality music and customize my MOH within the 5MB limit? Do you have another way you add customized MOH?

Thank you!

There's a program called Goldwave that will let you convert MP3 or other format files to WAV. Usually converting it to 8KHz mono will get you to the size you need - the person on the other end of the phone won't be able to tell since phone line quality is somewhere around 3KHz.

I'm hoping someday the ability to use MP3 files will exist - that'll make things a lot easier.
