ip-lockdown and DHCP

On Procurve 2650 I configured ip-lockdown but I discovered that DHCP clients plugged to the switch cannot retrieve IP address.
Of course without ip-lockdown settings DHCP clients gets the IP address.

My question is: ip-lockdown and DHCP are incompatible or I fail to configure this feature on the switch?
