IP Line card shows "not responding" in OTM, but I am able to telnet into the IP Line card through OTM and I am able to Ping the card as well. I tried re-entering the Node setup several times. My network settings must be OK because I can telnet into the card through OTM. Any ideas? The OTM is in site A and the IP line card is in site b. I have IP Trunk working successfully between the two sites so I think my network is OK.
