IP Line card shows "not responding" in OTM

IP Line card shows "not responding" in OTM, but I am able to telnet into the IP Line card through OTM and I am able to Ping the card as well. I tried re-entering the Node setup several times. My network settings must be OK because I can telnet into the card through OTM. Any ideas? The OTM is in site A and the IP line card is in site b. I have IP Trunk working successfully between the two sites so I think my network is OK.
 
Try clicking on the line card on the bottom line of OTM and doing a refresh. It should show as active enabled. That is the way I do it.
 
I get the same "not responding" even after I refresh. Thanks for answering.
 
Did you Change the SNMP user name and Password. I found that this will cause these issue.
 
Have you tried verifity the card with the info stored in OTM. Also is it ITG 3 or ITG 2? Do you have it programed right in OTM as far as the release is concerned? Are you able to log in the ITG card from the front of the card? There are alot of possibilities. Verify the MAC address for the ELAN and compare it to the OTM programing.
 
It is ITG 3. Yes we can login to the front of the card. I can also Telnet into the card using OTM. We have verified the MAC address several times. Another tech on-site in the same building as the card, can use his laptop running OTM to get the card to show properly. I can't figure out how I can telnet to it if I have something configured wrong or if my routing table is screwed up. What did you mean by "programed right in OTM as far as the release is concerned?". We configured the Node as ITG Line 3.0 , if thats what you mean. Thanks fot the input.
